SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Made to order pieces have a longer processing time marked in the product description. Should you have any questions then please contact us at info@mimikri-design.com

Free shipping Worldwide on orders over 60 000 HUF. 

Hungary: Free shipping on orders over 30.000 HUF

For international customers, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping is carried out by Magyar Posta Zrt. (Hungarian Postal Service) and FOXPOST Zrt. Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occasionally occur.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@mimikri-design.com within 30 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, the item must be returned within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase is required.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products made to the consumer’s specifications;
  • personalized or custom-made products;
  • made-to-order items created specifically at the customer's request;
  • any other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where applicable, these exceptions will be indicated in the product description.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mimikri-design.com and include photographs where possible. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us at info@mimikri-design.com.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your payment provider. Processing times may vary between financial institutions.
