SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Made to order pieces have a longer processing time marked in the product description. Should you have any questions then please contact us at info@mimikri-design.com

Free shipping Worldwide on orders over 60 000 HUF. 

Hungary: Free shipping on orders over 30.000 HUF

For international customers, customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping is carried out by Magyar Posta Zrt. (Hungarian Postal Service) and FOXPOST Zrt. Delivery times are estimates only and delays may occasionally occur.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at info@mimikri-design.com within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  • custom-made or made-to-order products created specifically for an individual customer;
  • other products exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a product falls under one of these exceptions, this will be indicated in the product description where applicable.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mimikri-design.com and include photographs of the issue where possible.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE

MIMIKRI is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers after the order has been handed over for delivery. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact both the carrier and us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
